    2. Scope of Terms

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and a natural person – consumer (“Buyer”) arising from a purchase agreement concluded via the Seller’s online store.

    These Terms apply to cross-border sales within the European Union.

    These Terms are drafted in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

    3. Governing Law

    All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

    This does not deprive consumers of protection granted by mandatory laws of their country of residence.

    4. Products and Intended Use

    All products offered by the Seller are intended strictly for:

    • technical purposes
    • laboratory use
    • research use
    • collector purposes

    Products are not intended for consumption, smoking, inhalation, or any form of human or animal use.

    The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

    • products are purchased at their own responsibility
    • the Seller provides no guidance or recommendation for consumption

    5. Legal Compliance

    The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products complies with applicable laws in their country.

    The Seller shall not be liable for any misuse or illegal use of the products.

    The Seller reserves the right to:

    • refuse or cancel any order
    • restrict delivery to specific countries

    if there is a risk of violation of applicable laws.

    6. Age Restriction

    The Buyer must be at least 18 years old.

    By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they meet this requirement.

    The Seller reserves the right to verify age:

    • via online verification
    • via delivery carrier

    The Seller may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.

    7. Conclusion of the Contract

    The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email.

    The Seller is not obliged to conclude a contract in cases of:

    • suspected fraud
    • incorrect pricing
    • unavailable goods

    8. Prices and Payment

    All prices are listed including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

    Payment methods include:

    • bank transfer (EUR)

    Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

    9. Delivery

    Delivery conditions are governed by a separate Shipping Policy available on the website.

    Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

    10. Right of Withdrawal

    The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.

    To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email.

    Exceptions

    The Buyer cannot withdraw in the case of:

    • goods in sealed packaging that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons

    Return Conditions

    • goods must be returned within 14 days
    • return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer

    The Buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

    Refund

    Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods or proof of return shipment.

    11. Liability

    The Seller is not liable for:

    • misuse of products
    • use contrary to intended purpose
    • legal consequences in the Buyer’s country

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

    12. Complaints and Warranty

    The Buyer is entitled to rights arising from defective performance according to applicable law.

    A warranty period of 24 months applies unless otherwise stated.

    Detailed conditions are governed by a separate Complaints Policy.

    13. Personal Data Protection

    Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

    14. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

    Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through:

    For cross-border disputes, the Buyer may contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

    15. Final Provisions

    The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.

    If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

    These Terms become effective on the date of publication on the website.
